With a background in business growth and organisational design, she combines strategic oversight with operational delivery. She spent 14 years with Strategic Coach, working closely with Dan Sullivan, before joining Equilibrium as Managing Partner. There, she helped grow the business tenfold, played a key role in its successful exit and contributed to its recognition as a Top 10 firm in The Sunday Times Top 100.

Through this experience, Gaynor developed strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of what it takes to build and lead high-performing businesses. She has worked alongside ambitious entrepreneurs across the UK and internationally, supporting growth, change and long-term value creation, and has shared her perspective on industry trends in publications such as FT Adviser and Money Marketing.
