Introducing our amazing keynote speakers!

Tim Peake

In 2015 Tim Peake became the first British astronaut to visit the International Space Station and begin a mission which inspired millions around the world.

Today Tim translates his extraordinary experiences in high-pressure, high-stakes environments into practical insights that resonate across audiences. He addresses leadership under extreme conditions, effective risk management and building high performance teams.

You will leave his session with a renewed perspective on collaboration and the confidence to pursue ambitious goals with the same determination that carried him from a teenage pilot to orbiting Earth at 28,000 kilometres per hour.

Sara Davies MBE is the founder and director of Crafter’s Companion, a globally recognised craft business she launched while studying for a Business Management degree at the University of York. Sara identified a gap in the market for a tool to create bespoke envelopes for handmade cards. With support from her retired engineer father, she designed and launched her first product, The Enveloper.

Following a successful appearance on TV shopping channel Ideal World, The Enveloper became an instant hit, selling 1,500 units in the first ten minutes and over 30,000 within six months. Building on this success, Sara expanded her product range and graduated with a first-class honours degree alongside a business already turning over half a million pounds.

Sara was awarded an MBE in 2016 for services to the economy. In 2019, she became the youngest ever female investor on Dragons’ Den and she continues to support and mentor emerging entrepreneurs.

She later appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2021, reaching week seven with her partner Aljaž Škorjanec. Sara has also fronted her own shows, including ITV’s Sara Davies’ Christmas Craft Off in 2025 and Time Is Money in 2026.
