Joel Lightfoot joined Chase de Vere as an administrator in the Personal Injury and Court of Protection team (PICOP) in October 2022. After providing administrative support to Jennifer Stone and two junior advisers, Joel moved into a report writing role in July 2025. He has spent the last year developing his knowledge of paraplanning in the PICOP team.

Prior to joining Chase de Vere, Joel spent 10 months working as a bereavement specialist in financial services following his graduation from The University of Manchester in 2021, where he studied Accounting and Finance.
