Rebecca Brindley is a leading figure in digital accessibility and inclusive digital transformation. At NatWest Group, she founded and built the organisation’s Digital Accessibility Team, securing executive sponsorship and embedding accessibility into customer experience and innovation. A respected mentor and advocate across disability, accessibility and STEM, she speaks widely on inclusive design and the role of accessibility in driving better products for everyone. Rebecca also created the first cross‑industry financial services accessibility forum, which evolved into a Business Disability Forum (BDF) industry group, strengthening sector‑wide collaboration. Rebecca is the current UK Cabinet Office Disability & Access Ambassador for the Banking Sector.
